Privacy Policy

Skylight Labs LLC ("we," "us") provides recording, transcription and sales coaching software to businesses ("customers") and their sales representatives ("users"). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account information: name, work email and role for each user, provided by the customer.
• Appointment information: appointment times, customer names and addresses, and outcomes provided by the customer's own systems.
• Recordings: audio of sales presentations, recorded only when a user starts a recording, and the transcripts and analysis created from that audio.
• Technical information: device type, app version and diagnostic logs needed to keep the app working.

How we use it

We use this information only to provide the service to the customer: storing recordings, producing transcripts and analysis, sending appointment reminders, and supporting users. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Recording consent

Users are responsible for informing everyone present that the conversation is being recorded and obtaining consent where the law requires it. The app reminds users to do so before each recording.

Service providers

We use trusted providers for cloud storage, speech transcription and AI analysis. They process data only on our instructions and only to provide the service.

Ownership, retention and deletion

Recordings, transcripts and analysis belong to the customer. We keep them for as long as the customer's account is active or as the customer directs, and we delete or export them at the customer's request.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to authorized users and personnel.
